Hiring Criteria

• 5+ years of working experience of mobile Engineer on either iOS or Android (Do not include any internship as a working experience)
• Must have Skills of Flutter (If that person has Flutter skills, it will be a bonus)
• Candidate must have 1+ years of working experience as Senior, Lead, or Principal Software Engineer in Traveloka, Tokopedia, Gojek, Bukalapak, Grab, Blibli, Tiket.com, Garena, DANA, and Ajaib. Important NOTE as follow:
  • ↑ Do not include the period as an intern
• They must be living in Indonesia
• They should be having high English skills
• Must be able to contribute 20+ hours per week
• Do NOT include Engineers who are in the following conditions:
  • Need to commute to office 3+ times per week
  • Need almost 2 hours to commute to the office

Conditions

• Full Remote
• Must be able to work 20+ hours per week
• Hourly Rate: 1500 JPY ~ 2000 JPY
  • 20 hours per week = 120,000 JPY ~ 160,000 JPY/Month
  • 25 hours per week = 150,000 JPY ~ 200,000 JPY/Month
  • 40 hours per week = 240,000 JPY ~ 320,000 JPY/Month
