Scouting Criteria (MUST have)
- 4+ years of working experiences of Backend Engineer (Do not include any internship as a working experiences)
- Must have Skills of Go or node.js.
- 2+ years of working in Traveloka, Tokopedia, Gojek, Bukalapak, Grab, Blibli, Shopee, Tiket.com, Garena, OVO, DANA and Ajaib.
- ↑ Do not include the period as an intern
- They must be living in Indonesia
- They should be having high English skills
- Must be able to contribute 20+ hours per week
- Do NOT include Engineers who are in the following conditions:
- Need to commute to office 3+ times per week
- Need almost 2 hours to commute to the office

Full Remote
- Must be able to work 20+ hours per week
- Hourly rate : 1300 JPY ~ 1700 JPY
- 20 hours per week = 104,000 JPY ~ 136,000 JPY/Month
- 25 hours per week = 130,000 JPY ~ 170,000 JPY/ Month
- 40 hours per week = 208,000 JPY ~ 272,000 JPY/Month
- Compensation will be paid only for the period when they are assigned to projects
- But most likely we have some projects once they are hired
- Compensation will be sent via wise.com/

You will be assigned to one of projects and work as a Backend Engineer to achieve their business goal.
